Space is just, well, space. It’s the people who occupy that space that are at the heart of any community. And we hope to attract some of Glasgow’s best creative minds to South Block, encouraging a sharing of ideas, contacts, conversation and, most importantly, coffee.

We have already let 64 studios to a wide mix of visual artists and makers. We are now turning our attention to the studios for creative businesses. Check out the fantastic people who’ve signed up already.

All That Is Solid is a unique shop and gallery, showcasing products, books, art, architecture, design and fashion. Based on the ground floor shop unit, it doubles as a gathering space for ideas and events and an opportunity to grab a freshly roasted, artisan coffee from the espresso bar. The Dolls House

The DollsHouse Creative Consultancy specialises in Marketing, PR and events for the Cultural sector. The Company was set up in 2003 by the Director, Catherine Murtagh.

The DollsHouse are delighted to work in SouthBlock, a beautiful Building with a unique creative atmosphere.

The DollsHouse have worked with Scotland’s major film and cultural agencies, arts organisations, festivals and creative companies. We have worked on the branding for some iconic buildings in Glasgow, and have collaborated with many award winning designers, film makers, artists and creative minds.

We also look outside Scotland for our work and inspiration and have worked with associates in New York, Denmark and Europe. We have organised events at Film Festivals in Europe including the prestigious Cannes International Festival.

Clients include: Wasps Artists Studios, Scottish Arts Council & Scottish Screen (Creative Scotland), Perth Concert hall, The Network, MGITV Festival, Edinburgh International Film Festival, Film City Glasgow, BAFTA in Scotland and SYNC.
