For Charities & Social Enterprises Rents start from £300 per month inclusive of service charge. Leases from one to three years will be offered.   Each party will be responsible for their own legal costs, with the ingoing tenant being responsible for stamp duty, registration & extract copies. We know that many people who work in the creative industries are sole traders or freelancers so can often work in isolation. We are therefore planning to offer shared workspace and access to meeting rooms that you can hire on a short-term basis.
